Wachter & Company, Inc. owns Cottage Properties, LLC, and Wachter & Company’s business includes construction-related services that might be of value to the seller in connection with the sale of the property, either before or after a sale. HOWEVER, should the seller or the buyer determine that such services are needed, such party is free to use any other contractor of such party’s choosing and is not obliged to use Wachter & Company.
